Independent Contractor Agreement

1. Scope of Work

This Agreement outlines the relationship between IBDIA and the independent contractor for services rendered, including but not limited to development, design, or content creation.

2. Deliverables & Payment

  • The contractor shall provide specified deliverables in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of milestones as detailed in the attached schedule.

3. Intellectual Property

All work products and intellectual property created under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of IBDIA.

4. Term & Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement.
