“Ballroom Dancing for me was always a mix of art, craft and community. We compete with grace, infused with beauty, music and glamour yet underneath all this we are all so connected like a close-knit family, like we all live on a small island with it’s own language and unique culture. All through these years on and off the dance floor, I envisioned a platform that intertwines the elegance of dance with my passion for community building and sprouts incredible growth for our industry on the whole. That vision birthed IBDIA, a hub that gathers the myriad facets of the dancesport industry under a single, interactive roof, nurturing connectivity, innovation, and growth.
