1. Refund Policy for Vendor Purchases & Coaching Services
Eligible Refunds: Refund requests for dancewear, coaching sessions, or other tangible products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective or does not match the description provided.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, digital products, and services that have been rendered in full are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
Coaching Services: Cancellations for coaching sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost.
Vendor Purchases: If a vendor cancels an order after processing, the customer may request a full refund. Any dispute will be handled as per the dispute resolution policy below.
3. Process for Refunds & Cancellations
